1. Payment
Full payment must be made before I begin working on your commission.
I do not offer payment holds or slot holds for adoptables, commissions, or custom work unless explicitly stated otherwise.2. Refunds & Cancellations
Once I have started the sketch, refunds are no longer available.If you need to cancel your commission, please contact me before I begin working on it.I do not offer refunds past the sketch stage under any circumstances.If a client attempts to force a refund after work has begun, they may be permanently banned from commissioning me or using my artwork in the future.If a cancellation occurs after I have already started working, whether it is a commission, art trade, collaboration, project artwork, or artwork agreed upon as payment:The client or collaborator has no authorization to use the artwork, concepts, or progress in any way.I retain full rights to any unfinished work.I will never use your characters without permission.However, I reserve the right to reuse general artistic elements such as poses, compositions, or lineart in future works. For example, a pose from a cancelled commission may be reused for a YCH.Any reused elements will always feature different characters and will not contain the original content of the cancelled project.3. Turnaround Time (TAT)Regular illustration commissions
1–3 monthsTAT may vary depending on the complexity of the artwork and other external factors.Custom Character Designs
2–4 monthsCustom designs have a longer TAT due to the nature of the service. I take my time to develop the concept, explore ideas, and sketch the character before moving on to the final design.In general, please keep in mind that I am still a student and have to balance commissions with classes, homework, and personal responsibilities. I truly appreciate your patience and understanding during the process.4. Process and RevisionsRegular illustration comissions
I will provide updates and WIPs throughout the commission so you can keep track of the progress.You may request 3–5 changes during the sketch phase.Radical changes will not be accepted once the artwork is nearly or fully finalized.If you are unsure of exactly what you want, I am open to artistic freedom. However, I still ask for a clear direction, concept, or mood so I can create something that matches your vision.Any necessary color corrections must be requested and discussed before the piece is finalized.Custom character design comissions
Initial Sketch. I will send you an initial sketch of the character and explain the ideas and intentions behind the design. The initial sketch will usually be uncolored, since the coloring comes in a later stage. However, I may sometimes include rough color ideas if I already have a direction in mind.Design & Refinement. Once the concept is approved, I will develop the design further, clean up the sketch, and add the final colors while maintaining the intended sketchy style. Background & Extras. After the character is finished, I will create the background and any additional extras included in your order.Reviews & Approval. You will receive updates throughout the process for reviews and approvals. This allows us to make sure the design is heading in the right direction before I move on to the next stage.Delivery. Once the design has been approved and completed, it will be uploaded to VGen accordingly.5. Deadlines & Additional Fees
If your commission has a strict deadline, please discuss it with me before commissioning.Deadline requests may involve an additional fee depending on the urgency and complexity of the artwork (10-25 USD for rush fee).Complex elements, gore, highly detailed designs, or other time consuming requests also require an additional fee (these options are listed on the request form).Any additional costs will always be discussed and agreed upon before I begin working.6. Multiple Characters
Each additional character is charged at the same price as the base price.7. Commercial Use
All commissioned artwork is for personal, non commercial use by default.Commercial rights must be purchased separately.The additional fee may be a flat rate or a percentage of profits, depending on the type of commercial use and what we agree upon.Unauthorized commercial use is strictly prohibited.This policy applies to regular commissions, custom commissions, adoptables, and custom character designs.For adoptables and customs:
The design is for personal use only unless commercial rights have been purchased.This includes merchandise, products, branding, advertising, or any other project intended to generate profit.Commercial rights may be purchased either at the time of purchase or at a later date.If you decide to purchase commercial rights later, simply send me a DM and we can arrange it.8. Character Redesigns and Species Rights
You are welcome to redesign a character purchased from me, but the redesign must remain recognizable and faithful to the original concept.If a custom design is based on an already existing species that I did not create, the species itself is not subject to this rule. However, if a custom design is intended to serve as the basis for a new species, this must be clearly stated in the request form before I begin working on the design.When requesting a custom, you must specify whether the design is intended as a personal OC or as the foundation for a species.Custom designs intended to be used for the creation or development of a species are subject to the applicable commercial rights and fees.You may not use any of my designs, adoptables, or customs to create or establish a species without having explicitly stated this purpose beforehand and obtaining the corresponding rights.Only I, as the original creator of the design, retain the right to develop a species from my own work unless otherwise agreed upon and the appropriate commercial rights have been purchased.9. Ownership and ToyHouse
If the character is not being transferred through ToyHouse, please inform me of the new owner.I must always have access to the ToyHouse profile of my designs.Design credits must remain intact.If you delete or privatize the ToyHouse profile, or remove my design credits, you will be blacklisted.If you re upload the character's profile, you must credit me again.10. Artwork credit and signature
Please do not crop out, remove, cover, or otherwise alter my artist signature/logo.If you post my artwork online, please credit me as Pabiis.Only I can modify any artwork that I made. Please if a comission, character, etc needs any changes or an extra version, let me know.Removing my signature or crediting someone else as the artist is not permitted.I will not share Clip, PSD or vector files. The only work where I will share (if requested) full files and final product is for my Graphic Design services.11. Privacy
I reserve the right to post completed commissions on my social media or use them as examples in my portfolio. I will not use any commissioned work to create merchandise, etc.If you want your commission to remain private: Privacy must be clearly requested before or during the commission.A separate privacy fee will apply.Payment of this fee serves as confirmation of our privacy agreement.Once the privacy fee has been received, I agree not to share or publish the commission in any way according to the terms agreed upon with the client.12. Discounts
I do not offer discounts on my work, including commissions, custom work, or batch orders.
Any discount I offer will only be valid if it has been officially announced or directly discussed with the client as part of a specific promotion.13. AI, NFTs & Unauthorized Technologies
I do not authorize my artwork to be used for AI training, NFTs, or related technologies.Unauthorized use of my artwork for these purposes may result in a permanent ban and blacklisting.I reserve the right to pursue compensation or legal action for damages caused by unauthorized use, where applicable.All of my artwork is 100% human made from scratch.I do not use AI at any stage of my creative process and do not incorporate AI generated content into my artwork.14. Sensitive & Mature Content
I reserve the right to request valid identification when necessary, particularly for commissions involving sensitive or mature themes.15. I do not accept commissions from minors.
Payment processors require users to meet their minimum age requirements, and I must comply with their Terms of Service.If I discover that a client is a minor attempting to commission me, particularly for mature or sensitive content such as gore; The commission will be cancelled and the client will be blocked from commissioning me.Minors may only commission SFW artwork if they have the express permission and direct involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
